Il legame estetico: l’uso del corpo dell’analista e del corpo della stanza di analisi da parte del paziente

Lavorare con pazienti che presentano difficoltà correlate all’immagine corporea è un richiamo che ci fa riflettere sull’impatto devastante che ha sulla psiche il sottoinvestimento precoce del Sé corporeo da parte delle principali figure di attaccamento. In questo articolo indagherò il rapporto esistente tra questo tipo di deficit e l’uso attuato dai pazienti del corpo dell’analista e, per estensione, del corpo della stanza di analisi spesso percepita come parte del corpo dell’analista. Intendo suggerire che nel lavoro con alcuni pazienti, che hanno vissuto un sottoinvestimento precoce del Sé corporeo, possiamo osservare l’uso messo in atto dal paziente del corpo percepito dell’analista come corpo di speranza, soggetto a un’idealizzazione evolutivamente necessaria, con il quale questi pazienti tendono a identificarsi.

The Aesthetic Link: the patient’s use of the analyst’s body and the body of the consulting room. Working with patients who present with difficulties relating to body image is a sobering reminder of the devastating impact on the psyche of an early undercathexis of the body self by key attachment figures. In this paper I will explore the relationship between this type of deficit and the use made by the patient of the analyst’s body - and by extension the body of the analytic room, which is often experienced as part of the analyst’s body. I want to propose that in work with some patients who have experienced an early undercathexis of the body self, we can observe the use made by the patient of the perceived body of the analyst as a body-of-hope, subject to a developmentally necessary idealisation, with which they need to identify.

La relation esthétique: l’utilisation du corps de l’analyste et du corps de la salle de consultation par le patient. Travailler avec des patients qui présentent des difficultés liées à l’image corporelle est un rappel qui nous amène à réfléchir sur l’impact dévastateur sur le psychisme du sous-investissement précoce du soi corporel par les principales figures d’attachement. Cet article on étudiera la relation entre ce type de déficit et l’utilisation mis en œuvre par les patients du corps de l’analyste et, par extension, du corps de salle de consultation souvent perçue comme une partie du corps de l’analyste. Je veux dire que dans le travail avec certains patients qui ont connu un sous-investissement précoce de soi corporelle, on peut observer l’utilisation, mis en œuvre par le patient, du corps perçoit de l’analyste en tant que corps d’espoir, objet d’une idéalisation évolutionnaire nécessaire, avec qui ces patients tendente à s’identifier.

El vínculo estético uso del cuerpo del analista y del cuerpo del consultorio de análisis por parte del paciente. Trabajar con pacientes que presentan dificultades relacionadas con la imagen corporal es algo che nos hace reflexionar sobre el impacto devastador que tiene sobre la psique la escasa catexis precoz del Self corporal por parte de las principales figuras de apego. En este artículo investigaré la relación existente entre este tipo de déficit y el uso actuado por parte del paciente del cuerpo del analista y, por extensión, del cuerpo del consultorio de análisis frecuentemente percibido como parte del cuerpo del analista. Entiendo sugerir que, en el trabajo con algunos pacientes, que han vivido un escasa catectización precoz del Self corporal, podemos observar el uso que el paciente pone en acción, del cuerpo percibido del analista como cuerpo de esperanza, sujeto a una idealización evolutivamente necesaria, con el que estos pacientes tienden a identificarse.

Die ästhetische Verbindung: Der Gebrauch des Körpers des Analytikers und des Körpers des Analysezimmers durch den Patienten. Die Arbeit mit Patienten, die Schwierigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Körperbild zeigen, ist ein Aufruf zur Reflexion über die verheerenden Auswirkungen, welche die unzureichende Investition des Körper-Selbst vonseiten der wichtigsten Bindungsfiguren in der frühen Kindheit auf die Psyche hat. In diesem Artikel werde ich das Verhältnis zwischen dieser Art des Defizits und dem von den Patienten gemachten Gebrauch des Körpers des Analytikers und damit im weiteren Sinne auch des Körpers des Analysezimmers untersuchen, das oft als Teil des Körpers des Analytikers wahrgenommen wird. Ich möchte nahelegen, dass in der Arbeit mit manchen Patienten, die eine unzureichende Investition des Körper-Selbst erlebt haben, der vom Patienten umgesetzte Gebrauch des wahrgenommenen Körpers des Analytikers als ein Körper der Hoffnung beobachtet werden kann, der einer für die Entwicklung notwendigen Idealisierung unterworfen ist und mit welchem diese Patienten sich zu identifizieren neigen.
