L’autore parte dall’evidenza clinica che la coppia analitica comunica non solo attraverso il contenuto semantico del discorso ma anche attraverso la drammatizzazione del transfert-controtransfert. In linea con i lavori precedenti, propone che l’enactment, che coinvolge sempre l’analizzante e l’analista, appartiene ad un tipo di registro intrasoggettivo del paziente, che ha chiamato Gesto Psichico. Considera che i gesti psichici ripresentano, nella psiche inconscia di ogni soggetto, le attribuzioni proiettive di altri del passato non ricordato.

The author starts from the clinical evidence that the analytic couple communicates not only through the semantic content of discourse but also through transference-countertransference dramatisation. In line with previous works, he proposes that the enactment, which always involves the analysand and the analyst, belongs to a type of intrasubjective registration of the patient, which he has called Psychic Gesture. He considers that psychic gestures represent, in the unconscious psyche of every subject, the projective attributions of others from the unremembered past.

L’auteur part de la preuve clinique que le couple analytique communique non seulement à travers le contenu sémantique du discours mais aussi à travers la dramatisation du transfert-contre-transfert. Sur la trace des travaux précédents, il propose que l’enactment, qui implique toujours l’analysant et l’analyste, appartient à un type de registre intrasubjectif du patient, qu’il a appelé geste psychique. Il faut considérer que les gestes psychiques représentent, dans la psyché inconsciente de chaque sujet, les attributions projectives d’autrui d’un passé insoupçonné.

En línea con trabajos anteriores, propone que el enactment, que siempre involucra al analizando y al analista, pertenece a un tipo de registro intrasubjetivo del paciente, que ha denominado Gesto Psíquico. Considera que los gestos psíquicos, representan, en el psiquismo inconsciente de todo sujeto, las atribuciones proyectivas de los otros del pasado no recordable.

Der Verfasser geht von der klinischen Evidenz aus, dass das analytische Paar nicht nur über den semantischen Gehalt des Diskurses kommuniziert, sondern auch über die Dramatisierung von Übertragung-Gegenübertragung. In Übereinstimmung mit vorangegangenen Arbeiten schlägt er vor, dass das Enactment, das immer den Analysanden und den Analytiker miteinbezieht, zu einem intersubjektiven Registertyp des Patienten gehört, den er Psychische Geste genannt hat. Er geht davon aus, dass die psychischen Gesten in der unbewussten Psyche jedes Subjekts die projektiven Zuschreibungen anderer aus der nicht erinnerten Vergangenheit repräsentieren.
