Primi incontri ed emozioni in campo nel Centro di Consultazione

Ritengo che una consultazione per essere definita psicoanalitica debba andare oltre il linguaggio del manifesto e del sintomatico per addestrarsi nel mondo emotivo ed intrapsichico del paziente. L’assetto e la formazione dell’analista consente di fare perno sul proprio controtransfert e sulle proprie risonanze emotive per intercettare le tracce di un disagio psichico ed emotivo e da qui dare ascolto e parola alla sofferenza del paziente per formulare una restituzione e delle indicazioni per un possibile trattamento. Nella seconda parte del lavoro, attraverso la presentazione di una consultazione esaminata in modo dettagliato, vengono individuate alcune caratteristiche della consultazione all’interno di un Centro di Psicoanalisi segnalando la complessità di in un invio presso un altro collega ed in un altro luogo e cercando di mostrare perché possa essere vantaggioso per alcuni pazienti effettuare un’analisi all’interno dei nostri centri.

First encounters and emotions at play at the Consultation Centre. I believe that a consultation, in order to be defined as psychoanalytic, must go beyond the language of what is manifest and symptomatic to penetrate the patient’s emotional and intrapsychic world. The analyst’s structure and training allow to leverage one’s own counter-transference and emotional resonance to intercept the traces of emotional and psychic distress, to then offer listening and words to the patient’s suffering so as to formulate a restitution and indications for possible treatment. In the second part of the paper, through the presentation of a consultation examined in detail, certain characteristics of the consultation within a Centre for Psychoanalysis are identified, pointing out the complexity of referral to another colleague and location, in the attempt to demonstrate why it may be favourable for certain patients to undergo an analysis in our centres.

Premières rencontres et émotions actives dans le centre de consultation. Je crois qu’une consultation, pour être définie psychanalytique, doit aller au-delà du langage du manifeste et du symptomatique, pour s’entraîner dans le monde émotionnel et intrapsychique du patient. La structure et la formation de l’analyste permettent d’épingler son contre-transfert et ses résonances émotionnelles pour intercepter les traces d’un malaise psychologique et émotionnel et d’ici écouter et parler à la souffrance du patient pour formuler une restitution, et des indications, pour un traitement possible. Dans la deuxième partie du travail, à travers la présentation d’une consultation examinée en détail, sont identifiées certaines caractéristiques de la consultation au sein d’un Centre Psychanalytique, en signalant la complexité d’être envoyé à un autre collègue et à un autre endroit, et en essayant de montrer pourquoi il peut être bénéfique pour certains patients d’effectuer une analyse chez nos centres.

Primeros encuentros y emociones en el campo al centro de consulta. Opino que una consulta que se defina psicoanalítica debe llegar mas allá del lenguaje de lo manifiesto y lo sintomático para adentrarse en el mundo emotivo e intrapsíquico del paciente. La disposición y la formación del analista hace posible centrarse sobre la propia contratránsferencia y sobre las propiaas resonancias emotivas para interceptar las huellas de un malestar psíquico y emotivo, y a partir de ahí ofrecer escucha y palabra al sufrimiento del paciente para formular una restitución y dar algunas indicaciones para un posible procesamiento. En la segunda parte de este trabajo se presenta una consulta examinada en sus detalles, se identifican algunas características de la consulta en un Centro de Psicoanálisis, se subraya cómo es complejo el tránsito a otro analista, en otro lugar, y al final se trata de demostrar las ventajas, para algunos pacientes, de hacer una análisis en nuestros centros.

Erste Begegnungen und Emotionen im Feld im Beratungszentrum. Ich vertrete die Ansicht, dass eine Beratung, um als psychoanalytisch definiert zu werden, über die Sprache des Manifesten und des Symptomatischen hinausgehen muss, um sich in der emotionalen und intrapsychischen Welt des Patienten zu üben. Die Einstellung und Ausbildung des Analytikers erlauben es, sich auf die eigene Gegenübertragung und auf die eigenen emotionalen Resonanzen zu stützen, um Spuren eines psychischen und emotionalen Unbehagens aufzufangen und von dort aus dem Leiden des Patienten Gehör zu schenken und das Wort zu überlassen, um eine Erwiderung und Indikationen für eine mögliche Behandlung zu formulieren. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werden über die Präsentation einer detailliert untersuchten Beratung einige Charakteristika der Beratung innerhalb eines Zentrums für Psychoanalyse herausgearbeitet und dabei die Komplexität eines Verweises an einen anderen Kollegen und an einen anderen Ort hervorgehoben sowie zu zeigen versucht, weshalb es für einige Patienten vorteilhaft sein kann, eine Analyse innerhalb unserer Zentren durchzuführen.
