Contemporary psychoanalytic practice

The term «psychoanalytic experiences» refers to an encounter between a psychoanalyst and a subject asking for help with a psychic trouble which he has been unable to overcome. Psychoanalytic listening, the space offered to another mind for giving form to psychic suffering, the dream about the analyst the night before the meeting, putting the not-known into words and images, the dynamic of communication between unconsciouses, are opportunities which a well-trained psychoanalyst can put at the disposal of a suffering subject in describable and transmissible modes. A theoretical-clinical reflection by Winnicott and a clinical case which develops within this «analysing situation» illustrate the proposed topic. La clinica psicoanalitica contemporanea Esperienze psicoanalitiche. Per «esperienze psicoanalitiche» si intende un incontro tra uno psicoanalista e un soggetto che chiede aiuto per un disagio psichico che non riesce a superare. L’ascolto psicoanalitico, lo spazio offerto a un’altra mente per dare forma alla sofferenza psichica, il sogno sull’analista fatto la notte prima dell’incontro, la messa in parole e figura del non conosciuto, la dinamica di comunicazione tra inconsci, sono occasioni che chi ha avuto una buona formazione psicoanalitica può mettere a disposizione di un soggetto sofferente, in modalità descrivibili e trasmissibili. Una riflessione teorico-clinica di Winnicott e un caso clinico che si sviluppa all’interno di questa «situazione analizzante» illustrano la tematica proposta. L’écoute psychanalytique, l’espace donné à un autre esprit pour façonner la souffrance psychique, le rêve sur l’analyste fait la nuit avant la séance, la mise en mots et en figures de l’inconnu, la dynamique de communication parmi les inconscients sont des chances que l’analyste bien formé peut mettre à disposition d’un sujet souffrant, en modalités descriptibles et communicables. Une réflexion théorique et clinique de Winnicott, et un cas clinique qui se développe au sein de cette «situation analysante» illustrent le thème proposé. La escucha psicoanalítica, el espacio que ofrece otra mente para dar forma al sufrimiento psíquico, el sueño del analista que tiene la noche anterior al encuentro, convertir en palabras y en figura lo desconocido, la dinámica de comunicación entre inconscientes, son posibilidades que quien recibió una buena formación analítica puede proporcionar a un sujeto que esta sufriendo. Una consideración teórico-clínica de Winnicott y un caso clínico que se desarrolla dentro de esta «situación de análisis» ilustran el tema propuesto. Die Gegenwärtige klinische Praxis: Psychoanalytische Erfahrungen. Unter «psychoanalytische Erfahrungen» versteht man die Begegnung zwischen einem Psychoanalytiker und einem Subjekt der aufgrund eines psychischen Unbehagens, das er selber nicht überwinden kann, um Hilfe bittet. Das psychoanalytische Zuhören, der Raum, den man einem anderen zur Verfügung stellt, um das psychische Leiden auszudrücken, der Traum vom Analytiker, der in der Nacht vor der Sitzung geträumt wird, das bildhafte und verbale Darstellen des Unbekannten, die Dynamik der Kommunikation zwischen zwei Unbewussten sind Gelegenheiten die jemand, der ein gutes psychoanalytisches Training durchlaufen hat, dem leidenden Subjekt auf beschreibbare und nachvollziehbare Weise zur Verfügung stellen kann. Eine theoretisch-klinische Reflexion von Winnicott und ein klinischer Fall, der sich innerhalb dieser «analysierenden Situation» entfaltet, stellen diese Thematik dar.
