Transfert evolutivo, sentimento d’amore e funzione di loving in analisi In questo lavoro ho cercato di mostrare il valore di raccordo del concetto di transfert evolutivo tra le due diverse tradizioni psicoanalitiche – freudiana e relazionale in senso lato – illustrando il suo nesso con il bisogno di amore del paziente e con la funzione di loving dell’analista. Per funzione di loving ho inteso la capacità dell’analista di sintonizzarsi e risuonare sull’ampio registro del bisogno di amore del paziente, nelle sue varie componenti e di dare risposte a questo bisogno, soffermandomi sullo stretto legame che esiste tra amore primario, holding, reverie, funzione di loving e modelli di attaccamento agli oggetti primari. In this paper I have tried to show the connection value of the concept of evolutionary transference between the two different psychoanalytic traditions – Freudian and relational in a broad sense – illustrating its connection with the patient’s need for love and with the analyst’s loving function. By loving function I have understood the analyst’s ability to tune and resonate on the patient’s wide need of love, in its various components and to respond to this need, focusing on the close link that exists between primary love, holding, reverie, loving function and attachment models to primary objects. Dans ce travail, j’ai essayé de montrer la valeur de connexion du concept de transfert évolutif entre les deux traditions psychanalytiques différentes - freudienne et relationnelle au sens large – en illustrant son lien avec le besoin d’amour du patient et avec la fonction de loving de l’analyste. Par fonction de loving, j’entendais la capacité de l’analyste à s’accorder et à résonner avec le vaste registre du besoin d’amour du patient, dans ses diverses composantes, et à répondre à ce besoin, en se concentrant sur le lien étroit qui existe entre l’amour primaire, la tenue, rêverie, fonction de loving et modèles d’attachement aux objets primaires. En este trabajo he tratado de mostrar el valor de conexión del concepto de transferencia evolutiva entre las dos diversas tradiciones psicoanalíticas -freudiana y relacional en un sentido amplio- ilustrando su conexión con la necesidad de amor del paciente y con la función de loving del analista. Me refiero a la función de loving como a la capacidad del analista de sintonizar y resonar con el amplio registro de la necesidad de amor del paciente, en sus diversos componentes, y de dar respuestas a esta necesidad, centrándose en el estrecho vínculo que existe entre el amor primario, el abrazo, ensueño, función amorosa y modelos de apego a los objetos primarios. Entwicklungsübertragung, Empfinden von Liebe und Funktion von loving in der Analyse. In dieser Arbeit habe ich versucht, den Wert des Konzeptes der Entwicklungsübertragung für die Verbindung zwischen den beiden verschiedenen psychoanalytischen Traditionen – der Freud’schen und der relationalen im weiten Sinne – aufzuzeigen und seinen Zusammenhang mit dem Liebesbedürfnis des Patienten und der loving-Funktion des Analytikers zu veranschaulichen. Unter der loving-Funktion verstehe ich die Fähigkeit des Analytikers sich im weiten Register des Liebesbedürfnisses des Patienten in seinen verschiedenen Komponenten einzustellen und Resonanz zu erzeugen sowie Antworten auf dieses Bedürfnis zu geben. Dabei verweile ich bei der engen Verbindung zwischen primärer Liebe, holding, Rêverie, loving-Funktion und Modellen der Bindung an Primärobjekte. Rêverie umanizzante. Prove di dialogo clinico tra psicoanalisi e τέχνη Il vorticoso evolvere delle scienze biotecnologiche sta provocando delle ricadute imprevedibili sui profili psicosomatici individuali: il corpo umano sta acquisendo un’inedita struttura, fatta non solo di eredità genetica ed esperienziale, ma pure di macchina. Nel presente contributo si tenta di avanzare delle ipotesi di clinica psicoanalitica sui nuovi pazienti portatori di protesi artificiali salvavita. La violazione del corpo a opera di oggetti inorganici dal potere salvifico crea perturbanti ibridi corpo/macchina e traccia inedite geografie dello psicosoma. L’A. sviluppa i concetti intersoggettivi, inediti e tra loro complementari, di oggetto terzo sintetico e di rêverie umanizzante e li fa dialogare con quello ben noto di chimera (de M’Uzan e Ithier), proponendoli come dei preziosi sestanti nel lavoro analitico con tali pazienti, nominati biotech. Evidence of clinical dialogue between psychoanalysis and τέχνη. The whirling evolution of biotechnological sciences is causing unpredictable repercussions on individual psychosomatic profiles: the human body is acquiring a new structure, made not only of genetic and experiential inheritance, but also of machine. In the present contribution we try to advance psychoanalytic clinical hypotheses on new patients with life-saving artificial prostheses. The violation of the body by inorganic objects with saving power creates disturbing body/machine hybrids and traces new geographies of the psychosome. A. develops the new and complementary intersubjective concepts of synthetic third objects and humanizing rêverie and makes them dialogue with the well-known chimera (de M’Uzan and Ithier), proposing them as precious sextants in the analytical work with these patients, named biotech. L’évolution éclair des sciences biotechnologiques a des répercussions imprévisibles sur les profils psychosomatiques individuels: le corps humain acquiert une structure sans précédent, faite non seulement d’héritage génétique et expérientiel, mais aussi d’une machine. Dans cet article, nous essayons de faire avancer des hypothèses cliniques psychanalytiques sur de nouveaux patients avec des prothèses artificielles vitales. La violation du corps par des objets inorganiques au pouvoir rédempteur crée des hybrides corps / machine perturbants et trace des géographies sans précédent du psychosome. L’Auteur développe les concepts intersubjectifs, inédits et complémentaires entre eux, de objet tièrs synthétique et de rêverie humanisante, et les fait dialoguer avec celui bien connu de chimère (de M’Uzan et Ithier), en les proposant comme de précieux sextants dans le travail analytique avec de tels patients nommé biotech. La evolución vertiginosa de las ciencias biotecnológicas provoca repercusiones impredecibles en los perfiles psicosomáticos individuales: el cuerpo humano está adquiriendo una estructura sin precedentes, hecha no solo de herencia genética y experiencial, sino también de máquina. En este artículo se presentan algunas hipótesis de clínica psicoanalítica sobre nuevos pacientes portadores de prótesis artificiales salva-vida. La violación del cuerpo por objetos inorgánicos con poder salvífico crea híbridos cuerpo/máquina perturbadores y traza geografías del psique-soma inéditas. La autora desarrolla los conceptos intersubjetivos, inéditos y complementarios entre sí, de objeto tercero sintético y de rêverie humanizante y los hace dialogar con el concepto de quimera (de M’Uzan e Ithier), proponiéndolos como sextantes preciosos del trabajo analítico con tales pacientes, denominados biotech. Die schwindelerregende Entwicklung der biotechnologischen Wissenschaften verursacht unvorhersehbare Auswirkungen auf die individuellen psychosomatischen Profile: Der menschliche Körper gewinnt eine neue Struktur, die nicht nur aus genetischem Erbe und Erfahrung, sondern auch aus Maschine besteht. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird versucht, Hypothesen aus der klinischen Psychoanalyse über die neuartigen Patienten, die lebensrettende künstliche Prothesen tragen, anzustellen. Die Verletzung des Körpers durch anorganische Objekte mit rettendem Vermögen schafft verwirrende Körper/Maschine-Hybriden und zeichnet neue Geographien des Psychosomas. Die Verfasserin entwickelt die intersubjektiven, neuartigen und zueinander komplementären Konzepte von synthetischem dritten Objekt und vermenschlichender Rêverie und lässt sie mit dem bekannten Konzept der Chimäre (de M’Uzan und Ithier) in Dialog treten, dabei werden sie als wertvolle Sextanten in der analytischen Arbeit mit solchen Patienten vorgeschlagen.
