The concept of O is one of Bion’s most problematic and therefore at the origin of misleading interpretations; on the other hand, it cannot be easily set aside, because in his work it has an essential theoretical and clinical meaning. The fact is that O is not to be considered in isolation, but always as part of a triad of concepts, along with those of invariance and transformation. The role it plays from time to time therefore arises from the dialectical game it plays with them. But not only that. O’s peculiarity is that he himself received many names by Bion. There is therefore to be considered a second dialectical plan inherent to O in itself, in which all these names relate to each other. Among these, some arouse mistrust because they make us think that Bion turned towards the mystic (God, divinity, the One, Person in Himself). This is why it is important to remember that Bion openly declares that of the terms borrowed from other disciplines what interests him is to make use of the penumbra of associations that surrounds them but always and only for his own purposes. Le concept de O est l’un des plus problématiques de Bion et, pour cette raison, il est à l’origine de créatives interprétations; il ne peut pas non plus être facilement écarté car, dans son travail, il a une signification théorique et clinique essentielle. Le fait est que O ne doit pas être considéré isolément, mais toujours comme une composante d’une triade de concepts, avec ceux de l’invariant et de la transformation. Le rôle qu’il joue de temps en temps découle donc du jeu dialectique qu’il a avec eux. Mais pas seulement. La particularité de O est qu’il a reçu de nombreux noms de Bion même. Il faut donc considérer un deuxième plan dialectique imbriqué dans le O lui-même, où tous ces noms se rapportent les uns aux autres. Parmi ceux-ci, certains suscitent de la suspicion car ils suggèrent que Bion se soit tourné vers le mysticisme (Dieu, la divinité, l’Un, Personneen soi). C’est pourquoi il est important de rappeler que Bion déclare ouvertement que, par rapport auxtermes empruntés d’autres disciplines, ce qui l’intéresse c’est d’utiliser la pénombre d’associations qui les entourent, mais toujours et uniquement à ses propres fins. El concepto de O es uno de los más problemáticos de Bion y por este motivo está al origen de interpretaciones fantasiosas, por otra parte, no se puede fácilmente dejar de lado porque en su opera posee un significado teórico y clínico esencial. El hecho es que no puede ser considerado aisladamente sino siempre como integrante de una tríada de conceptos junto al de invariante y al de transformación. El rol que posee nace por lo tanto del juego dialéctico que ocurre entre ellos. Pero no solo. La peculiaridad de O es de haber recibido del mismo Bion nombres distintos. Hay que considerar un segundo plano dialectico relativo a O en sí mismo, en el que todos estos nombres se relacionan entre ellos. Algunos de éstos generan desconfianza porque hacen pensar que Bion haya virado hacia la mística (Dios, divinidad, el Uno, Persona en síe misma). Por esto es importante recordar que Bion declara abiertamente que de los términos tomados en préstamo de otras disciplinas lo que le interesa es hacer uso de la penumbra de asociaciones que los circundan, pero siempre y solo para objetivos propios. Das Konzept von O ist eines von Bions problematischsten und daher Ausgangspunkt irreführender Deutungen; es kann jedoch auch nicht einfach beiseitegeschoben werden, da es in seinem Werk eine grundlegende theoretische und praktische Bedeutung innehat. Tatsächlich darf O nicht isoliert betrachtet werden, sondern immer als Teil einer Triade von Konzepten, gemeinsam mit denen der Invarianz und der Transformation. Die Rolle, die es jeweils einnimmt, entspringt also dem dialektischen Spiel, welches es mit diesen unterhält. Doch nicht nur dies. Die Eigentümlichkeit Os ist es, selbst von Bion viele Namen erhalten zu haben. Es muss also eine zweite, O an sich inhärente dialektische Ebene berücksichtigt werden, auf der sich all diese Namen zueinander in Beziehung setzen. Einige von ihnen erregen Misstrauen, da sie den Anschein erwecken, Bion habe sich der Mystik zugewandt (Gott, Göttlichkeit, das Eine, Person an sich). Aus diesem Grund ist es wichtig daran zu erinnern, dass Bion offen erklärt, dass das, was ihn bezüglich der aus anderen Disziplinen entlehnten Begriffe interessiert, der Gebrauch des Zwielichts der Assoziationen ist, das sie umgibt, aber immer und ausschließlich für seine eigenen Zwecke. After briefly reviewing the literature on the concept of psychoanalytic impasse, the authors point out a distinctive kind of impasse they came across when the emotional contact with the analyst and the insights acquired in the sessions don’t bring about a proportionate change and development in the patient’s everyday life. Bion’s ideas on the development of thinking and the use of thoughts expressed in the Grid helped to understand the dynamic of such an impasse and to find a technique suitable forovercoming it. Two clinical cases are cited to illustrate these concepts. Les auteurs, après avoir passé en revue quelques concepts sur l’impasse psychanalytique, identifient un cas d’impasse particulièrement énigmatique dans lequel il se trouve que la résonance émotionnelle dans la séance et la compréhension acquise, les changements cliniques et structurels partiellement obtenus ne se traduisent pas proportionnellement en changement et en évolution dans la vie du patient. Cettehypothèse émerge de deux cas cliniques largement décrits et discutés. Les formulations de la grille (construite et décrite par Bion pour étudier le développement des pensées et leur utilisation) se sont révélées être un outil utile pour comprendre la dynamique de cette impasse et pour moduler une technique utile pour la surmonter. Las autoras, después de revisar algunos conceptos sobre el impasse en psicoanálisis, identifican un caso particularmente enigmático de impasse en el que sucede que la resonancia emocional en la sesión y el insight adquirido, los cambios clínicos y estructurales parcialmente obtenidos no se traducen proporcionalmente en cambio y desarrollo en la vida del paciente. Esta hipótesis surge de dos casos clínicosampliamente descritos y discutidos. Las formulaciones de la tabla (construida y descrita por Bion para investigar el desarrollo y uso de los pensamientos) han demostrado ser una herramienta útil para comprender la dinámica de tal impasse y para modular una técnica útil para superarlo. Diese Hypothese geht aus zwei ausführlich beschriebenen und diskutierten klinischen Fällen hervor. Die Formulierungen des Rasters (erstellt und beschrieben durch Bion, um die Entwicklung der Gedanken und ihre Anwendung zu untersuchen) haben sich als ein hilfreiches Instrument für das Verständnis der Dynamik einer solchen Sackgasse sowie für die Modulation einer nützlichen Technik zu ihrer Überwindung erwiesen. The paper intends to explore the conceptual questions posed to the psychoanalytic device by the extensions of a clinical practice in which we deal with expressions of the psychism understood in a broader framework of symbolic and verbal representation only. From a theoretical point of view we assume a notion of «extended» psyche, an amalgamation of heterogeneous unconscious materials such as: images, sensory traces, somatic and motor manifestations, actions. This point of view stimulates a new reflection on the different forms of listening and understanding of the numerous articulations of unconscious processes and of the points of emergency in which we can catch them. Il lavoro intende esplorare le questioni concettuali poste al dispositivo psicoanalitico dagli amplia- menti di una pratica clinica in cui affrontiamo espressioni dello psichismo inteso in una cornice più ampia della sola rappresentazione simbolica e verbale. Da un punto di vista teorico assumiamo una nozione di psiche «estesa», amalgama di materiali inconscieterogenei quali: immagini, tracce sensoriali, manifestazioni somatiche e motorie, azioni. Tale vertice stimola una nuova riflessione sulle diverse forme di ascolto e comprensione delle numerose articolazioni dei processi inconsce dei punti di emergenza in cui possiamo coglierli. Eterogeneità e pluralità delle differenti forme di emergenza dell’inconscio e del suo ascolto, stimolano una rivisitazione ed un ampliamento dei concetti di rappresentanza psichica. D’un point de vue théorique, nous partons d’une notion de psyché «étendue», un amalgamation de matériaux inconscients hétérogènes tels que: images, traces sensorielles, manifestations somatiques et motrices, actions. Ce sommet stimule une nouvelle réflexion sur les différentes formes d’écoute et de compréhension des nombreuses articulations des processus inconscients et des points d’urgence où nous pouvons les saisir. El trabajo explora cuestiones conceptuales planteadas al dispositivo psicoanalítico por la extensión de la práctica clínica en la que tratamos expresiones de lo psíquico en un marco más amplio que el de la representación simbólica y verbal. Desde el punto de vista teórico, nos referimos a una noción de psique «extendida», una amalgama de materiales inconscientes heterogéneos tales como: imágenes, huellas sensoriales, manifestaciones somáticas y motoras, acciones. Esta visión estimula una nueva reflexión sobre las diferentes formas de escuchar y comprender las numerosas articulaciones de los procesos inconscientes y acogerlos en los puntos en los que aparecen. Die Arbeit will die konzeptuellen Fragen untersuchen, die durch die Erweiterungen einer klinischen Praxis, in der wir Ausdrücken des in einem breiteren Rahmen als nur dem der symbolischen und verbalen Repräsentation verstandenen Psychismus gegenüberstehen, an das psychoanalytische Dispositivgestellt werden. Aus theoretischer Perspektive übernehmen wir einen Begriff der «ausgedehnten» Psyche, ein Amalgam aus heterogenem unbewussten Material: Bilder, Wahrnehmungsspuren, somatische und motorische Manifestationen, Handlungen. Ein solcher Scheitelpunkt veranlasst eine neue Reflexion der diversen Formen des Zuhörens und Verstehens der zahlreichen Artikulationen unbewusster Prozesse und der Stellen ihres Auftauchens, an denen wir sie erfassen können. This paper describes some psychopathological macro-phenomena which characterize the change in the patients during these last 30 years; and the consequently changed conditions in the work of contemporary analysts, who are increasingly dealing with patients’ difficulty and reluctance in accepting their basic dependence inside the object relationship. Commitment, the rhythm of the sessions, contractual obligation and the perception of the complexity and depth of the analytic relationship today – much more than in the past – arouse their mistrust towards their engagement with psychoanalysis. Factors encouraging and strengthening new resistances today are examined: ways of growing up in early childhood, the precariousness and liquidity of family ties, omnipotence and not-separateness illusions inspired by the Internet, substance abuse, valorisation of narcissistic autonomistic ideals etc. Correspondingly, psychoanalysis too is changing.KEY WORDS: Constraint, dependence, intake, narcissism, Parenting styles, relational autonomy.NOUVELLES FORMES PSYCHOPATHOLOGIQUES DANS UN MONDE EN MUTATION: UN DÉFI POUR LA PSYCHANALYSE AU XXI SIÈCLE. Dans l’essai sont décrits certains macro-phénomènes psychopathologiques qui caractérisent le changement des patients au cours des trente dernières années et le changement, qui en a résulté, des conditions où se trouvent les analystes contemporains, toujours plus exposés aux difficultés et à la méfiance des patients à accepter la nécessaire dépendance de base dans la relation d'objet. La contrainte, le rythme des sessions, les contrats et le risque de la perception de la complexité et de la profondeur de la relation analytique sont aujourd'hui une source de méfiance vis-à-vis de l'engagement, beaucoup plus que par le passé. Sont examinés les facteurs psycho-sociaux qui soutiennent et confirment aujourd'hui les nouvelles résistances: styles d’éducation de la petite enfance, précarité et liquidité des liens familiaux, illusions d'omnipotence et de non-séparation permises par Internet, utilisation de plus en plus répandue de substances, valorisation culturelle des idéaux narcissiques autonomistes, etc. À son tour, la psychanalyse change en fonction de tout cela. Se describen algunos macro-fenómenos psicopatológicos que caracterizan los cambios del tipo de pacientes en los últimos  reinta años y el consiguiente cambio en las condiciones en las que los analistas contemporáneos se encuentran trabajando, luchando cada vez más a menudo con la dificultad y la renuencia que tienen tales pacientes para aceptar la dependencia de base necesaria en la relación de objeto. El vínculo, el ritmo de las sesiones, el contrato y el riesgo de la percepción de la complejidad y la profundidad de la relación analítica son hoy, mucho más que en pasado, una fuente de desconfianza hacia una implicación posible. Se examinan los factores psicosociales que en la actualidad estimulan y confirman las nuevas resistencias: estilos de crianza en la primera infancia, precariedad y liquidez de los lazos familiares, ilusiones de omnipotencia y no separación permitidas por Internet, uso cada vez más extendido de sustancias, valor cultural atribuido a ideales narcisistas autonomistas, etc. A su vez, el psicoanálisis cambia en relación con todo esto.PALABRAS CLAVE: Autonomismo relacional, dependencia, estilos de crianza, intake, narcisismo, vínculo.NEUE PSYCHOPATHOLOGISCHE FORMEN IN EINER SICH VERÄNDERNDEN WELT: EINE HERAUSFORDERUNG FÜR DIE PSYCHOANALYSE DES 21. Beschrieben werden einige psychopathologische Makro-Phänomene, welche die Veränderung der Patienten in den letzten dreißig Jahren kennzeichnen sowie die daraus folgende Veränderung der Bedingungen, unter denen die heutigen Analytiker arbeiten, die immer häufiger mit Schwierigkeiten und dem Widerwillen der Patienten zu kämpfen haben, die notwendige Grundabhängigkeit in der Objektbeziehung zu akzeptieren. Verbindung, Rhythmus der Sitzungen, Vertrag und Risiko der Wahrnehmung der Komplexität und Tiefe des analytischen Verhältnisses sind heute deutlich stärker als in der Vergangenheit Quelle des Misstrauens gegenüber der Verpflichtung. Untersucht werden die psycho-sozialen Faktoren, die heute die neuen Widerstände stützen und bestärken: Erziehungsstile in der frühen Kindheit, Unsicherheit und Unbeständigkeit der familiären Bindungen, durch das Internet ermöglichte Illusionen von Allmacht und Ungetrenntheit, ein immer weiter verbreiteter Drogengebrauch, kulturelle Aufwertung von narzisstischen, autonomistischen Idealen etc. Die Psychoanalyse verändert sich in Bezug auf all dies ihrerseits.SCHLÜSSELWÖRTER: Abhängigkeit, Beziehungsautonomismus, Erziehungsstile, Intake, Narzissmus, Verbindung.
